The staff was helpful and attentive all the time.

Actually everything was well-maintained, my next choice again in Tulum. Warm staff made my stay AWESOME and the location was reasonably priced. Breakfast was free, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice service, great restaurant on site. A nice beach, particularly good view.

The place was beautifully kept and fairly clean, it had amazing staff and rooms. Rooms with balcony. Tankah Bay district won't disappoint you.

Had a great stay here. Decent meal and excellent service. Mexican style hotel with nice furniture in the rooms. The bed was perfect enough to me. The location was top, adjacent to Tulum, a beautiful quiet Cenote, a beach.

The room was cozy and the location was beautiful, the beds were large. Nice pool and public beach. Complimentary drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

We had a very relaxing experience staying here. We loved rooms and staff here. That was perfect hotel set in lovely area. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was absolutely beautiful.

Rooms and people — everything was so nice. Delightful view, a large balcony, comfy bed, too. We loved that there was a good restaurant on site. Quiet garden and very clean pool.

Vacation base for a 3-night stay. Appreciated climate control, multi-channel television and a writing desk in the room. Besides, free Wi-Fi in the king suite worked very well. It's really close to Casa Cenote with nice drinks and cocktails;))

Don't forget to explore Tankah Bay district. The beds and pillow were comfortable. Service was GREAT, we felt welcome. We would recommend staying at this beachfront hotel.
